He has been working with athletes from the NBA, NFL, NCAA, active military and general populace for over twenty years. His programming is powered by Performance Nutrition Certifications level 1 and 2, through Clean Health institute via Dr. Layne Norton and Daine McDonald, and Certified Personal Trainer and Human Movement Specialist certifications through Brookbush Institute of Human Movement Science.
